Florida is having major problems as the California exodus continues. In the past year almost 1,000 residents a day left California and almost 1,000 new residents a day moved to Florida. As such, Florida is having some big problems with the rapid growth of the state of Florida which is impacting the Florida Real Estate market. In this video I share my journey back to California, to show the sad situation of California and what a lot of Florida does not want to see happen to Florida. As this growth continues, the window of opportunity to purchase real estate in Florida tightens, leaving many potential home buyers are getting locked out of the Florida Real Estate market.
