Housing affordability is at its lowest levels in California since 2007. This is according to a new California housing market update from the California Association of Realtors (CAR). But it’s going to get much worse because home prices and mortgage rates have increased greatly since this California real estate market update so stay tuned on the channel and I’ll keep you posted.

To give you a quick mortgage interest rates update, according to the Mortgage News Daily the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage is around 5.5% for the current mortgage rates (at the time of filming this video). That’s up ~2% YTD for the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage.
