The real estate sales numbers are in for California & Los Angeles County! The numbers are drastically different from last month. (June sales, findings are published mid-July 2020.)
I also provide a quick snapshot of what I’m seeing here locally in the Southeast San Fernando Valley (Burbank, Toluca Lake, Toluca Woods, NoHo, Studio City). The market is changing and there have been a lot more sales lately and the median sales prices are much higher. There are more homes being listed recently than the previous couple of months, but inventory is really low. Time will tell how much of impact Coronavirus will have in the short and long term.
