Before I begin, I want everyone to keep staying safe, healthy and positive. We will all get through this as long as we work together to slow and stop the spread. The Department of Homeland Security has recognized Real Estate as being necessary for the maintenance of America’s Critical Infrastructure. Also our California Governor Gavin Newsom has issued a Stay At Home Order and also deemed Real Estate as an essential business. The California Association of Realtors have set guidelines on how we can conduct business and still market virtually.
I’m Curious, How Do You think our California real estate market is headed? Please comment below. Last month I posted a video mentioning that it was becoming a sellers market. Now some analysts are thinking it could become a buyers market instead.
Spring is typically the time when most Homeowners start listing their homes, in fact, in the first week of April 2020, there were 73 Homes in Riverside California that were listed on the MLS, and 36 Homes in Corona California.
According to the MLS, In April 2020 Currently there are 420 Total Homes for Sale in Riverside CA. They are selling between $259,900 – $6,100,0000.
🏡There are 273 Homes for Sale in Corona CA. They are selling between $363,000 – $7,325,000.
In Riverside CA there are 326 Homes in Escrow, either in Pending Status or are Accepting Back Up Offers and in Corona CA there are 216 houses in escrow.
In Riverside CA there are 63 Homes for Rent, and they are leasing between $1,450 to $7,500. In Corona CA there are 34 Homes for Rent, and they are leasing between $2,100 to $8,000
Last Month in March 2020,
In Riverside CA, there were 244 Homes Sold, they ranged in price from $250,000 to $4,700,000. In Corona CA, there were 145 Homes Sold, they ranged in price from $288,000 to $1,275,000.
