Real Estate Market Crash Coming? California Housing Market UPDATE // Are you scared of a housing bubble due to the Coronavirus impact on real estate? The California housing market has seen some major changes since I last posted my video about the Coronavirus effect on real estate just a few days ago. We’re also getting COVID-19 updates very frequently.

People have been reaching out to me and asking me: should I buy a house right now if a housing crash may come? Is this the beginning of the house market crash 2020? I wish I had a crystal ball because I would tell you. But the only thing we can do is rely on data as they come. Will real estate prices go down in the Sacramento real estate market? That is anyone’s guess but in this video I go over what we know so far and what to do if you’re currently in contract to buy a home or if you’re thinking about buying or selling a home. It’s almost certain that the Coronavirus real estate impact will have an effect on Sacramento real estate and around the country but we will have to see how much of it will have an effect as the days, weeks and months go by.

The Coronavirus and real estate market is an ever changing topic so I will do my best to bring you up to date news as they come.

What do you think will be the Coronavirus real estate impact? Is this a real estate bubble 2020 or will the market go back to normal once this passes? Comment below with your thoughts on this!
